Matilda Summer School
Revolting children are invited along to our Matilda week. Work on songs, dances, scripts and a whole lotta fun and games. We will even do a mini performance at the end of the week. What would you do if the world was ending...? Written by GAA students Milly and Fallon, Etiam tells the story of the repercussions of what happens when the world doesn't end after an asteroid was due to hit the earth. This dystopic play comes to the GAA stage on the 23rd and 24th of August.

Show and Tell Showcase
“Show and Tell Showcase” will be our next production for ages 10-14. The showcase will be performed either live in our theatre or digitally late summer this year. The production will consist of monologues, duologues and small scenes, giving students the opportunity to be more involved with exploring different characters and styles of acting and performance. This is open to all ages 10-14. Rehearsals will take place on a Tuesday evening 5pm-7pm via zoom then 5pm-8pm when we resume face to face classes commencing 6th April. 60 Second Shakespeare Challenge
Send us your best Shakespeare excerpt. This could be a self-taped monologue or virtual duologue/group piece. The only rules are it must be Shakespeare and 60 seconds long. Alice in Pantoland Audition
Glasgow Acting Academy's hit panto is back for 2020! This year we will be doing 'Alice in Pantoland' written by our hilarious students Fallon, Bronagh and Alice who, year after year do not disappoint to produce the funniest script in town! Panto week at GAA is the most special time of the year and we will do everything we can to ensure some much needed laughter and joy for our students, friends and family on the lead up to Christmas. Auditions will be taking place on Wednesday 9th September from 5pm-8pm and is open to all ages 9-18.
