Roots
From 'A School Day Memory' to 'The Proudest Moment of your Life', the class of merit explore their personal roots, devised from the responses of elder family members we hope of evoking empathy between the two generations and exploring the experiences of their elders, drawing comparisons between past issues and those, like feminism and racial integration, that are significant and relevant even today. Roots mixes poetry, physical theatre and spoken word to celebrate and recognise where we came from and the fascinating individuals who brought us here. Tickets are on sale now for the 1st and 2nd of June. Tickets are £6 and can be purchased from the office.
